Job summary

Life Science Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Director for a premier pharmaceutical solutions provider. This role focuses on new client acquisition, pipeline expansion, and leading strategic growth across Europe and the UK.

Hybrid work with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote, plus regional travel. You will leverage an extensive industry network, manage complex regulatory and launch projects, and exceed revenue targets by delivering tailored, consultative solutions to CDMOs, pharma

Qualifications

10+ years of proven solution/service-based sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, IMP, and commercial product launches.
Strong commercial understanding of CDMOs, packaging, and regulatory services with an active network of contacts.

Responsibilities

Drive New Business: Proactively prospect, target, and secure new accounts to expand the pipeline.
Pipeline Management: Leverage CRM tools and your personal industry network to move leads through the sales cycle to successful closure.
Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and exceed revenue and deal-closure targets across designated territories.
Consultative Selling: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs across Regulatory, IMP, and commercial launch services, shaping customized solutions.
Account Growth: Nurture relationships with new and existing accounts to maximize long-term business value.
