Job summary

medicines.ie is seeking a Customer Growth & Partnerships Manager to strengthen customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and shape the future of medicines.ie. You will lead onboarding, training and renewal conversations while driving commercial opportunities and stakeholder insights across Ireland.

You will work closely with pharmaceutical customers and other stakeholders, translating feedback into platform improvements and new offerings.

Qualifications

Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Experience in a customer-facing commercial role such as account management, customer success, sales or marketing.
A good understanding of the Irish healthcare system.
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation in Ireland.
Experience working with digital platforms, technology or data-driven tools.
Commercial confidence and the ability to recognise and develop new opportunities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding, demonstrations and training.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Help customers maximise the value they get from the platform.
Keep a close eye on customer engagement and identify where additional support may be needed.
Lead renewal conversations and help strengthen customer retention.
Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional services and solutions.
Engage with prospective customers and stakeholders and help turn opportunities into new business.
Prepare proposals and presentations and take part in customer negotiations.
Bring ideas to the table about where medicines.ie could grow next.
Be a visible voice for medicines.ie and translate customer feedback into improvements.
