You will win new business, develop commercial opportunities, and bring insights back to the team to influence product and service evolution. This role sits in a small, growth‑minded unit with remote‑working flexibility and Ireland–international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences customer-facing roles.
• Experience in account management, sales or marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding, demonstrations and training.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions.
• Develop commercial pipeline and prepare proposals for negotiations.
• Influence product and service evolution from customer insights.
