Force Executive Search in Ireland is seeking a General Manager to lead a growing pharmaceutical business, with full P&L responsibility across sales, strategy, product management, budgets, customer relationships and business development.

You will drive growth, win new business, and steer the portfolio into new market segments, reporting to the Board and shaping the company’s trajectory over the coming years.

Competenze

• 5 to 10 years in senior management or equivalent
• Distribution experience is essential
• Track record of leading cross functional teams and holding full P&L responsibility
• Good knowledge of the retail brands industry and Irish market
• Proven results in business development and long-term relationships
• Commercial and entrepreneurial thinking
• Degree in business, life sciences or related subject is essential
