Job summary

Force Ireland seeks a Director of Commercial Strategy & Marketing to own the commercial agenda across all brands and channels. Based in Dublin onsite, you will sit on the local leadership team and report to the General Manager.

You will shape strategy, lead HCP and consumer marketing, manage budgets and P&L, and drive digital, omnichannel campaigns with rigorous measurement. The role requires senior leadership experience in pharma or regulated sectors and a track record of delivering growth.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial or marketing leadership in pharma or regulated industry
• Experience with budget or P&L management
• Strong digital, omnichannel and performance measurement expertise
• Experience leading and developing teams

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial strategy and brand plans with customer, channel and investment choices behind them
• Lead HCP marketing: segmentation, campaign architecture, messaging and integrated engagement plans
• Drive compliant consumer activation across digital channels, including work with online content creators
• Design digital and omnichannel strategy, customer journey design and campaign measurement
• Manage the marketing budget, with authority to move investments between campaigns and channels
• Plan launches and lifecycle planning for new products and indications
• Lead the marketing team, and the agencies, media and data partners behind it
• Ensure compliance and governance across all marketing activities
