Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Person in Charge in Swords, Co. Dublin, to lead designated disability services with a focus on governance, quality, and person-centred care. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure inspection readiness, and drive continuous improvement while supporting individuals to live meaningful lives.
