Job summary

PE Global Healthcare is seeking a Person In Charge (PIC) for a new residential service in Cork City. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading teams to achieve positive outcomes for service users.

The PIC will provide leadership, ensure HIQA compliance, support staff development, and collaborate with service users, families and multidisciplinary teams to build and sustain excellent supports in the Cork community.

Qualifications

• CORU registration is essential.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Previous experience working within disability, residential, or social care services is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to transport.
• A thorough understanding of HIQA standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide leadership and management to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred services.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, regulations, and organisational policies.
• Support, supervise, and develop staff teams.
