Job summary

Resilience is recruiting a Person in Charge (PIC) in Midleton, Co. Cork. You will lead designated services, drive governance and quality, and ensure regulatory compliance in a HIQA-regulated environment. A strong track record in disability or social care settings is essential.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee safeguarding and incidents, and support individuals to live meaningful, fulfilling lives with strong organisational support and professional autonomy.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership role overseeing designated services.
• Requires HIQA-regulated environment experience and governance focus.
• QQI Level 5 is essential; health or social care qualification preferred.
• Experience in disability or social care settings.
