CPL Healthcare is seeking an experienced Social Care professional for a Person in Charge role in Swinford, Co Mayo, supporting individuals with disabilities in residential services. You will lead residential services, ensure top-quality care, and maintain HIQA compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of management experience in Social Care, Level 7+ qualification, Level 6 Management qualification, and a full driver’s licence, with HIQA knowledge and experience in residential settings.
