Job summary

CPL Healthcare is seeking an experienced Social Care professional for a Person in Charge role in Tralee, Co Kerry. You will lead residential services, ensure top-quality care, and uphold HIQA and Department of Health standards while supporting individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management in Social Care, relevant Level 7+ and Level 6 qualifications, experience in residential services, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in Social Care.
• Level 7+ qualification in Social Care or a related field.
• Level 6 Management qualification.
• Experience in residential services.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards.
• Full driver’s licence.

Responsibilities
