Job summary

CPL Healthcare is seeking a proactive Person in Charge in Athlone, Co Westmeath to lead residential services for people with disabilities. You will oversee care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance with HIQA and the Department of Health, and support a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience in Social Care, holds Level 7+ qualifications, and has knowledge of HIQA standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ management experience in Social Care
• Level 7+ qualification (Social Care or similar)
• Level 6 Management qualification
• Experience in residential services
• Knowledge of HIQA standards
• Full driver’s licence

Responsibilities
