Job summary

CPL Healthcare is seeking a skilled manager to lead a residential service for individuals with disabilities in Longford. The role focuses on delivering top-quality care, ensuring HIQA and Department of Health compliance, and sustaining a supportive residential environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of social care management, Level 7+ qualification, and a driving licence. Experience with autism and residential settings will be highly regarded.

• Knowledge of HIQA standards.
