Job summary

CPL Group, in partnership with our client, is seeking an experienced Person in Charge to lead a residential service for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will oversee operational management, governance, and the delivery of person-centred care, ensuring HIQA standards are met and safeguarding requirements are followed.

• Must hold a Nursing qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' management experience within health or social care services.

• Full driving licence and access to own transport.

Cpl in partnership with our client, are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Person in Charge (PIC) to lead a residential service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who is committed to delivering person-centred care and supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.

About the Role

As Person in Charge, you will have overall responsibility for the operational management, governance, and quality of care within the designated service. You will ensure compliance with HIQA standards and relevant legislation while leading and supporting a committed team of healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and service delivery.
