PE Global is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment Team in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service or sales background who wants to develop a long-term career in professional recruitment.

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, supporting recruitment activities across a wide range of industries while learning the full 360° recruitment process through structured training and on-the-job

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proactive, driven, and comfortable working towards targets and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, sociable and team-oriented attitude.
• No previous recruitment experience required – full training and career development provided.

Responsabilités

• Source and engage potential candidates through database searches, job boards, and networking.
• Contact and screen candidates to assess suitability, experience, and career goals.
• Support senior consultants in managing open vacancies and developing client relationships.
• Create and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
• Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform candidate compliance checks and assist with administrative tasks such as interview coordination and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Duties of the role

• Source and engage potential candidates through database searches, job boards, and networking
