Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in an agency setting or strong customer service/sales in a people-fronting role.
• Thrives in a target-driven environment.
• Familiar with recruiting tools, data management and online resources (e.g., Indeed & LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable on the phone with candidates and clients.
• Positive, sociable and not afraid of hard work.

Responsibilities

• Handle contract opportunities across Managed Service accounts for multinational clients.
• Develop job postings, descriptions and position requirements.
• Source candidates via job portals, internal database and social platforms.
• Screen candidates through resumes, applications and phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks and pre-employment steps.
• Manage relationships with large multinational clients and maintain records.
