Job summary

ESB is seeking an SAP ERP Payroll & HR Functional Analyst to own end-to-end payroll and HR configurations, with emphasis on UK & IE payroll, Concur, and SuccessFactors. Based at ESB Head Office, Dublin 2, with hybrid working, you will drive design integrity, testing, and stakeholder engagement within the SAP Service Delivery team.

You will apply 5+ years in SAP Payroll/HR to deliver end-to-end processes, system upgrades, and change delivery, ensuring robust, compliant solutions aligned with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ functional SAP ERP/ECC experience with Payroll & HR.
• Experience across SAP Concur (Expenses & Travel) and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong end-to-end SAP lifecycle project experience and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance and end user support for SAP ERP/ECC, SAP Cloud (Concur & SuccessFactors).
• Investigate and resolve business support calls.
• Lead configuration, testing, and documentation for enhancements.
