Job summary

Eden Medical Clinic is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Waterford to handle diaries, patient communications, and front-desk duties with a friendly, professional approach. This part-time role requires evenings and weekend availability across 3 days per week and offers experience in a patient-centered clinic environment.

You will manage appointments, support a high standard of customer service, and work with the team to cover shifts at times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Clinic experience would be an advantage.
• Experience with KPIs desirable.
• Leaving Certificate completed.

Responsibilities

• Diary management: scheduling appointments and handling queries via phone, messages and emails.
• Delivery of excellent customer service: welcoming patients, checking in, ensuring comfort and smooth checkout.
• Covering occasional location shifts and flexible team support with travel/accommodation where needed.
• Maintain clinic stock and assist with stock control and orders.
• Uphold policies including PPE, GDPR, and safe practice.
• Handle opening and closing duties as required.
