Sheen Falls Lodge Limited in Kenmare, Ireland, invites applications for a demi/ Chef de Partie (Pastry) to join our Kitchen team. A qualified pastry chef at demi chef de partie or chef de partie level is required for the main kitchen, with 2+ years' experience in a luxury hotel/restaurant background.

Responsabilidades

Maintain high standards of pastry preparation and service during afternoon and evening shifts.
Ensure all pastry work meets quality and presentation standards.
