Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge is inviting applications for a demi/ Chef de Partie (Pastry) to join our Kitchen team in Ireland. A qualified chef at demi chef de partie or chef de partie level with 2+ years in a similar hotel/restaurant background is required. You will showcase your passion for food, pastry knowledge, and cooking skills under the Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Qualified chef at demi chef de partie or chef de partie level.
• Must have 2+ years experience in a similar hotel/restaurant background.
• Passion for food with strong knowledge of pastry and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of food preparation for afternoon and evening service.
• Ensure all food meets quality expectations and presentation standards.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and HACCP at all times.
• Assist other kitchen sections as required.

Job Description

We are currently inviting applications for a demi/ Chef de Partie ( Pastry) to join our Kitchen team.

A qualified chef to a demi chef de partie or chef de partie level is required for the main kitchen with a further 2+ year experience coming from a similar hotel/ restaurant background necessary to join our team. Your will be required to demonstrate your experience, your passion for food, your food knowledge and cooking skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Head Chef. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.

• Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service of the afternoon and evening service.
• Be aware of all food preparation standards and that they are met at all times.
• Ensure that food that is prepared and presented is of high quality.
• Ensure food safety guidelines & HACCP are maintained and monitored.
• Assist in other sections of the Kitchen as required.

This is a full-time position which includes weekends and evening shifts.
