Sheen Falls Lodge Limited in Ireland is seeking a Demi/Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. This full-time role requires 2+ years in a similar hotel/restaurant environment and offers opportunities to develop under the Head Chef.

You will maintain high standards of food preparation for our afternoon and evening service, adhere to HACCP guidelines, and assist in other kitchen sections as needed. Weekend and evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar hotel/restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service for the afternoon and evening service.
• Be aware of all food preparation standards and that they are met at all times.
• Ensure that food that is prepared and presented is of high quality.
• Ensure food safety guidelines & HACCP are maintained and monitored.
• Assist in other sections of the Kitchen as required.
