Job summary

Kearys Motor Group in Dublin is seeking a Full Time Parts Advisor to join our Belgard Road team. You will handle parts at front counter and workshop, build trade relationships and deliver top‑level customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive parts advisory, a genuine interest in cars, strong communication, and a full clean license. Kerridge experience is a plus, but not essential. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

2+ years in automotive parts advisory or similar role.
Genuine interest in cars and motor trade.
Able to communicate effectively with customers in person, by telephone and email.
Able to work to high standards and be motivated to learn.
Friendly, helpful attitude with a desire to deliver top-level customer service.
Experience with Kerridge is advantageous but not essential.
Full, clean driving license.

Responsibilities

Serve parts at front counter and workshop.
Maintain and build relationships with trade customers.
Ensure prompt, courteous customer service to all customers.
Adhere to procedures for cash, cheques, and accounts.
Report stock damage or losses to the Parts Manager.
Keep the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) up to date.
Assist in stock checks when required.
Maintain excellent relationships with all suppliers.

Role Overview

Role Responsibilities

Serving Parts through both the front counter and workshop.
Maintaining and building relationships with trade customers.
Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
Ensuring that the procedures for handling cash, cheques and accounts are fully adhered to.
Reporting any stock damage or stock losses to the Parts Manager.
Ensuring that the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) system is kept up to date and all current information available.
To assist in stock checks when required.
Maintain excellent relationships with all suppliers.
