Job summary

Kearys Motor Group is recruiting a full-time Aftersales Manager for its Galway dealership. You will join a dynamic, high-energy sales and service team, overseeing aftersales operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to handover.

The role offers an industry-leading base salary, an outstanding sales commission structure, a company car, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop and inclusion in the contributory pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving license is essential.
• 2+ years of experience in the motor trade.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries relating to warranties, vehicle repairs and aftersales support.
• Booking and managing workshop appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with external workshops and suppliers.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation and customer handovers with the sales team.
• Monitor and manage vehicles through the process from arrival to sale readiness.
• Manage the entire aftersales process to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Keary’s Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time Aftersales Manager to join our dynamic, growing team in Kearys Carstore, Galway.

Role Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries relating to warranties, vehicle repairs and aftersales support.


• Booking and managing workshop appointments


• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with external workshops and suppliers.


• Working with the sales team to coordinate vehicle preparation and customer handovers.


• Monitoring and managing vehicles throughout the process, from arrival to being ready for sale.


• Managing the entire aftersales process, delivering a seamless experience and high levels of customer satisfaction at every stage.
