Job summary

Kearys Motor Group in Dublin is seeking a Full Time Parts Advisor to join our Belgard Road team. You will handle parts at front counter and workshop, build trade relationships and deliver top‑level customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive parts advisory, a genuine interest in cars, strong communication, and a full clean license. Kerridge experience is a plus, but not essential. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive parts advisory or similar role.
• Genuine interest in cars and motor trade.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers in person, by telephone and email.
• Able to work to high standards and be motivated to learn.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with a desire to deliver top-level customer service.
• Experience with Kerridge is advantageous but not essential.
• Full, clean driving license.

Responsibilities

• Serve parts at front counter and workshop.
• Maintain and build relationships with trade customers.
• Ensure prompt, courteous customer service to all customers.
• Adhere to procedures for cash, cheques, and accounts.
• Report stock damage or losses to the Parts Manager.
• Keep the EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) up to date.
• Assist in stock checks when required.
• Maintain excellent relationships with all suppliers.
