Job summary

Primtac Personnel LTD is seeking an aftersales professional to assist customers with parts, pricing and ordering while coordinating body and accident repairs.

You will manage inquiries, quotes and vehicle assessments, and ensure accurate records and timely updates for customers and repair partners.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication and sales skills.
• Good organisation, administration and attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing with customers in person, by telephone and by email.
• Motor industry experience is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of vehicle parts or body repairs is an advantage.
• A full clean driving licence is desirable.
