Storm Recruitment is seeking a Parts & Bodyshop Advisor in Dublin South to join a busy Aftersales team. The role combines parts, customer service and body repair coordination, handling enquiries, estimates and coordinating repairs with bodyshop partners until completion.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused with strong communication skills and a commercial mindset for following up enquiries. Experience in parts, service, bodyshop or estimating is advantageous but not essential.

• Proactively follow up quotations to convert enquiries into confirmed repair work.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Build relationships and identify opportunities to grow parts and body repair business.

Parts & Bodyshop Advisor (BBBH3582) Dublin South, Republic of Ireland

Salary: EUR35000 - EUR38000 per annum

Storm Recruitment is working with our client, a well-established main dealership, to find an enthusiastic Parts & Bodyshop Advisor for their busy Aftersales team, based in South Dublin. This is a varied role combining parts, customer service and body repair coordination – you'll manage bodywork enquiries, prepare and follow up estimates, and coordinate repairs with our client's bodyshop partners through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle parts enquiries, pricing, ordering and stock records for retail, trade and internal customers.
• Act as main point of contact for bodywork, accident and damage repair enquiries.
