Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is a leader in AI-powered customer experience. As a Partner Services Manager, you will own the enablement engine—designing curricula, certification pathways, and a calendar of enablement moments to keep partners up to date with Fin's evolving AI product suite.

You will deliver webinars, curate self-led online learning with AI, manage certification on our learning platform, onboard new partners, and ensure high-quality deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience in enablement, training, or implementation/consulting.
• Proven ability to design curricula and certification pathways.
• Experience delivering webinars and live sessions to external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner enablement programme end to end: curriculum, certification pathways, and enablement calendar.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality webinars and live enablement sessions for partner audiences.
• Curate self-led online enablement at scale using AI to create, personalise, and maintain content.
• Own and run the partner certification programme on the learning platform, tracking completion.
• Onboard and ramp new Service Delivery Partners with shadow engagements.
• Act as liaison to ensure partners have a great experience and monitor project quality.
• Drive Quarterly Business Reviews with service partners on delivery quality and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Deployment Services, Sales, and Customer Success to improve client experiences.
