Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a hands-on Partner Technical Architect to help top SI partners build and ship production-grade Agentforce solutions at scale.

You will work with Partner FDEs to turn ambiguous AI problems into working solutions, reference implementations, and evaluation harnesses, and raise quality through partner-led outcomes. You’ll prototype quickly, build reference implementations, and convert field lessons into reusable assets while coaching partner teams on design,

Qualifications

• Shipped or prototyped real software, agents, or technical demos.
• Ability to learn Salesforce stack quickly and translate broader engineering/AI experience into partner-ready patterns.
• Experience building with LLMs, agents, RAG, and tool use.
• Strong communication with engineers, architects, product teams, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Prototype quickly to validate ideas and unblock risks.
• Build reference implementations, starter kits, demos, and evaluation harnesses for partners to fork and extend.
• Convert field lessons into durable assets: code, diagrams, checklists, and architecture guidance.
• Review partner Agentforce architectures for design, tooling, observability, security, and production readiness.
• Coach Partner FDEs and architects through clinics, office hours, and portfolio reviews.
• Translate recurring field blockers into clear product and engineering feedback.
