Job summary

Learnosity is seeking an Internal IT Specialist to join our Dublin office. This part-time role (20 hours per week, mornings) focuses on supporting our Dublin site while bridging IT support across Australia and the US, acting as the sole IT resource on the ground.

You will work with a small team, perform hands-on, frontline IT support, manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Azure AD, image devices, onboarding/offboarding users, and help keep colleagues productive.

Qualifications

• Qualification in systems administration or IT helpdesk experience.
• Able to image, enroll, and troubleshoot Macs via Jamf; macOS focus.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices enrolled via Intune/Azure AD.
• Admin Google Workspace end-to-end: provisioning, deprovisioning, sharing permissions.
• Admin Microsoft 365/Azure AD end-to-end: provisioning, groups, device enrollment.
• Troubleshoot basic networking: Wi-Fi, VPNs, IP/DNS.
• Strong communicator; proactive; detail-oriented.
• Independent work style; able to escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees on hardware, software and accounts.
• Log, triage and resolve support tickets via Zendesk.
• Own onboarding and offboarding; manage accounts.
• Purchase, set up and configure end-user hardware.
• Manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Azure AD accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date IT asset registries.
• Provide timely updates on system issues or outages.
• Create and maintain IT systems documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to IT Manager with context.
