Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our EMEA IT team in Cork, Ireland. This hybrid role supports employees across EMEA, providing Level 1 and 2 technical help, onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning and account administration while ensuring security policies are followed.

You will assist with Windows/macOS troubleshooting, asset management, VPN/network basics and enterprise apps. Candidates must reside in Ireland and commute to Cork as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS in business environments.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience provisioning laptops and peripherals.
• Identity and access management basics (users, groups, permissions).
• Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs.
• Experience with ticketing systems and documenting issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for Cork office employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, account access and workplace tech issues.
• Provision, configure and deploy laptops and equipment for new hires.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, account changes and device management.
• Manage user accounts and access across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and SaaS apps.
• Track IT hardware, software assets and inventory.
• Diagnose connectivity, VPN and Wi-Fi problems.
• Support conference rooms and audiovisual equipment in Cork office.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams with clear docs.
• Assist with endpoint management and security controls.
• Follow data protection policies and maintain internal IT docs.
• Use AI-assisted tools to aid troubleshooting and research.
