Job summary

Jacksonstone Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Training & IT Support Specialist to join a growing insurance tech business in Ireland. The role blends client training with application support and internal IT duties.

You will train customers on platforms, handle technical queries, provide first-line IT support by phone, email and ticketing, set up laptops and accounts, and assist with Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure. Occasional travel to London is expected.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support, application support or software training.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Comfortable explaining technology to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Train new and existing clients on insurance software and platforms.
Provide first-line application and technical support by phone, email and ticketing system.
Troubleshoot user, software and access issues and escalate where required.
Set up new starters, laptops, accounts and applications.
Manage general IT support tickets and assist with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
Support Microsoft Intune and Azure environments.
Assist with software testing and new product releases.
Build strong relationships with customers and act as a key point of contact.
Occasionally travel to London for client training or meetings.
