Job summary

Colliers Ireland is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function on a part-time basis for a team of about 70 employees. You will act as the trusted advisor to leadership, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and support a high-performing workplace culture.

The role covers strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational responsibilities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, benefits and recruitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience advising senior leaders and supporting organisational change.
• Degree or professional qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal HR advisor to the Board and management team.
• Lead employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, investigation, and absence management.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and documentation.
• Manage onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding.
• Oversee employee benefits, wellbeing initiatives and leave management.
• Produce HR metrics, reports and workforce insights for decision-making.
• Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Manage recruitment activities for approved vacancies.

Education

Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in HR/Business
