Colliers Ireland is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function on a part-time basis for approximately 70 employees. The role blends strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational delivery across the employee lifecycle.

You will advise senior leaders, ensure compliance with Irish employment law, foster positive employee relations, and support a high-performing, engaged workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience advising senior leaders and supporting organisational change.
• Degree or professional qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Act as the principal HR advisor to the Board and management team.
• Lead employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, investigation and absence management processes.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee documentation.
• Manage onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee offboarding.
• Oversee employee benefits, wellbeing initiatives and leave management programmes.
• Produce HR metrics, reports and workforce insights to support decision-making.
• Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Manage recruitment activities for approved vacancies.

About the Role

The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational responsibility across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will be the trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting a high-performing and engaged workplace culture.
