Covalen is a CPL company providing BPO and Managed Services. Located on Henry Street, Limerick, Covalen is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for a permanent part-time role, weekdays from 11 AM to 3 PM.

The position is fully onsite with Mon-Fri training 11am-3pm to get you up to speed with our financial client’s needs. You will handle calls, maintain records, and promote the company values while driving sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer facing role.
• Excellent communication (spoken & written English).
• Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently.
• Receive inbound calls from customers via a virtual call centre and answer questions.
• Keep customer records up to date in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Drive sales to achieve targets and identify new opportunities.
• Cross-sell relevant products to meet customer requirements.
