Job summary

Covalen is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor to handle inbound and outbound calls from Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 3 PM, onsite at Henry Street, Limerick. The role supports a financial client and emphasizes accuracy, cross-selling, and high-quality customer interactions.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in a customer-facing role, strong English communication, and the ability to pass background checks. Training runs 11am–3pm, weekdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer facing role.
• Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and must be able to pass all background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently and collate information from customers.
• Answer questions from customers via a virtual call centre.
• Keep customer records up to date in accordance with CCMA/CPC regulations.
• Drive sales to achieve targets.
• Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities for both Regulated and Non-Regulated products, including cross-selling.
