Provide support to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns or home emergencies.
Coordinate with network of suppliers across Ireland, the UK and beyond.
Guide customers through challenging situations with confidence and care.
Maintain accurate records and ensure service quality and safety standards.
Contribute to continuous service improvement through follow-ups.
