Job summary

AXA Partners in Athlone is hiring full-time Customer Service Advisors to support customers across Ireland and the UK. You’ll handle emergency vehicle and home assistance calls, coordinate with a trusted supplier network, and guide customers with empathy and clarity.

Training is on-site in Athlone with a potential move to a hybrid arrangement after training. The role offers a stable 35-hour week within 7am–10pm shifts, and a start around October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and professional assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, home emergencies, and other urgent situations.
• Coordinate with our network of suppliers and contractors across Ireland, the UK, and internationally for swift service.
• Communicate clearly with customers and partners, guiding them through challenging situations.
• Manage operations efficiently, ensuring safety standards and regulations are met.
• Keep detailed records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvement.
