Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and professional assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, home emergencies, and other urgent situations.
• Coordinate with our network of suppliers and contractors across Ireland, the UK, and internationally to ensure swift service.
• Communicate clearly with customers and partners, guiding them through challenging situations with confidence.
• Monitor operations to ensure safety standards and regulations are followed.
• Keep detailed records and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction and service improvement.
