Job summary

AXA Partners in Athlone is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor to provide compassionate support for vehicle breakdowns and home emergencies across Ireland and beyond. The role offers a predictable roster and 25 hours per week from 5:00 pm to 2:15 am, with potential transition to a hybrid model after training.

Training on-site for four weeks is required, with probation under office work for six months.

• Deliver compassionate and professional assistance to customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns, home emergencies, and other urgent situations
• Coordinate with our trusted network of suppliers and contractors across Ireland, the UK, and internationally
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and partners
• Manage operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Keep detailed records and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement
