Job summary

Fifty5Blue is hiring a Panel Service Executive in Dublin, Ireland. The role supports our TAM Ireland panel, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relations through a hybrid work pattern with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

You will coordinate with Field Technicians and other teams to onboard members, handle inquiries, log interactions, and monitor data quality while meeting SLAs and deadlines across a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential panel members to inform and onboard them to the panel.
• Respond to incoming calls from panel members and log outcomes in the database.
• Make outgoing calls to follow up on compliance issues or metering faults.
• Collaborate with Technicians in panel member homes for tests and quality checks.
• Collect information from Technicians about equipment and update the central database.
• Collaborate with CI agents to identify and implement service improvements.
• Conduct validation checks on data held for homes to ensure data processing accuracy.
• Work with the wider Fifty5Blue team to meet SLAs and project deadlines.
