Job summary

Fifty5Blue in Ireland is seeking a Panel Build Manager to lead the new TAM Ireland panel build, coordinating Panel Service and Field Technician teams to ensure high-quality data delivery daily.

You will mentor staff, drive ISO 9001 compliant processes, manage performance against SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders to align with I&D goals while promoting growth and development within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Panel Service & Field Tech team to meet objectives and align with I&D goals
• Plan and monitor service delivery, publish metrics, and drive improvements
• Ensure ISO 9001 documentation is current and processes are followed
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of panel staff and contractors
