Job summary

Fifty5Blue seeks a Panel Service & Field Technician Manager in Dublin to lead the Technician teams and be the main contact for panellists and technicians. The role delivers a pivotal function in the TAM Ireland service, balancing performance with staff growth and development.

You will mentor teams, manage service levels, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality, compliant operations while fostering an inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Panel Service and Field Technician teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure alignment with I&D goals and clear responsibilities for routine activities.
• Monitor service levels and team productivity; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with the QC team to maintain panel quality and operation.
• Document key processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new starters; govern GDPR compliance.
