Job summary

Diageo in Dublin is hiring a Packaging Team Leader to manage a high-performing team on a new Guinness filling line project at Nangor Road. This 2-year fixed-term contract places you on a fast-paced manufacturing floor.

You will drive safe, efficient packaging operations, lead problem-solving, and work with engineering and quality teams to meet production targets.

Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing leadership and Lean Six Sigma are desired; strong people leadership will shape daily performance.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced FMCG/manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
Comfortable operating on a shop floor and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing a team responsible for packaging operations.
Delivering performance across safety, quality, cost, reliability, and environmental standards.
Interpreting production plans and ensuring output targets are achieved.
Responding quickly to operational issues and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborating with engineering, quality, and support functions to maximise performance.
Leading daily Tier 1 meetings and contributing to wider operational performance reviews.
