Job summary

ACS Executive is seeking a Production & Operations Manager for an independent Irish whiskey producer in Downings, Ireland. You will lead liquid preparation, bottling, packaging, warehousing and dispatch while delivering measurable improvements in output, quality and cost.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will enhance production planning, equipment reliability and stock control, and coach the team to higher performance.

Qualifications

• Experience driving improvements in manufacturing output and quality.
• Strong leadership and people management in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in beverage/FMCG manufacturing is beneficial but distillery experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team across liquid preparation, bottling, packaging, warehousing and dispatch.
• Improve production planning, equipment reliability and stock control.

An independent Irish whiskey producer is looking for a hands on Production & Operations Manager to take responsibility for liquid preparation, bottling, packaging, warehousing and dispatch.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will improve production planning, equipment reliability, stock control and team performance.

You will need a background in beverage, food, FMCG, packaging or comparable manufacturing, with clear examples of improving production results.

Previous distilling experience is not required. A relocation allowance is available if needed.
