We are seeking a dedicated, hands‑on Team Lead to support the development in the Packing facility.

The Team Lead role will be responsible for ensuring smooth & efficient operation of production processes, maintaining strict product quality standards & leading a team of production associates to deliver results that align to the business vision & future development.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company & crucial to strengthening the near- and long-term development.

This role requires working a 12-hour shift pattern

Key Responsibilities

• Support team members to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate production records and reports (shift reports, downtime tracking etc)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery, equipment or production processes
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain continuous production flow
• Ensure traceability compliance at every step of the production process
• Assist in implementation of process improvements to increase productivity & reduce waste, both in meat prep area as well as packing
• Track & reduce energy use, in line with business' Sustainability agenda
• Assist, support and be the second in command to the production manager in all aspects of work
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall success of production goals
