Job summary

Enable Ireland in Dublin is seeking an Outreach Respite Team Leader to coordinate and deliver outreach support services for adults and children, working with families to set goals and plans.

The team lead will supervise staff, allocate resources, and deliver a person-centred service across community, after school, day, evening, weekend respite, and camps; compliance and vetting requirements apply.

Qualifications

• A recognised relevant third level qualification in health care, social care, adult care, childcare, nursing (minimum level 7).
• Registration relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver outreach support services with families to develop goals and plans; monitor service delivery.
• Lead a group of adults or children/young people in a person-centred approach; provide admin support and supervise staff as directed by the manager.
• Allocate staff to deliver the service and monitor across community, after school, day, evening, weekend respite and camps.
