Job summary

Enable Ireland in Dublin (CHO6) invites applications for an Outreach Respite Team Leader. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) involves coordinating outreach services for adults and children with disabilities, and working closely with families to set goals and plan delivery.

The post offers 30 days annual leave pro rata, a salary scale of €49,579–€60,013 pro rata per annum, and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Recognised third-level qualification in health care, social care, adult care, childcare, or nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with coordination and delivery of outreach support services.
• Work with families to develop goals and plans, allocating staff and monitoring delivery.
• Provide supervision and administrative support to the service and staff.

Education

A recognised relevant third level qualification in health care, social care, adult care, childcare, nursing (minimum level 7 or equivalent).
