Qualifications

• Requires 3rd level qualification in health/social care.
• Minimum 5 years full-time social care experience with children and/or adults in ID.
• Knowledge of HIQA Standards as they apply to ID services.
• Willingness to complete Children First and safeguarding training on appointment.

• Lead development and delivery of a flexible Outreach Day service for children.
• Manage operational administration including budget and staffing.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and safeguarding.
