Rippling is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative for our Nordic market, based in Dublin and required to be onsite 3 days a week. You will prospect and qualify new customers and channel partners, driving high-velocity top-of-funnel activity while navigating a strategic sales process.

A winning attitude, urgency, and sales passion are essential to help shape processes and pipelines for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Development or Business Development.
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin 3 days a week.
• Nordic language(s) at native level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become product expert and understand Rippling platform and competitive landscape.
• Outbound with strategic messaging to upmarket prospects.
• Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume.
• Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology.
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.
