Job summary

Rippling in Dublin is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Outbound) for the Benelux market. You will prospect and qualify new customers and channel partners, building pipelines to support Account Executives across a fast-paced environment.

As an SDR, you will become a product expert, craft outbound messaging to upmarket prospects, and collaborate with marketing to scale campaigns. This role requires onsite presence in Dublin 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience.
• Native-level Benelux language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dublin 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across Rippling platform and understand competitor landscape.
• Outbound with strategic messaging to upmarket prospects.
• Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.
• Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology.
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.
