Job summary

Rippling is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative in Dublin to qualify top-of-funnel opportunities for our platform. You will manage inbound leads, perform strategic outbound outreach, and support Account Executives in building pipelines, while contributing to process improvements.

You’ll become a product expert, collaborate with Marketing, and maintain CRM records. This role requires onsite presence in the Dublin office three days per week.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and French required.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Sales Development or Business Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across our platform and understand our competitor landscape.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads.
• Outbound with strategic messaging to upmarket prospects.
• Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns to increase lead volume.
• Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodology.
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.
